| DERIVADOS DEL FLÚOR IS GRANTED RENEWAL OF THE ISO 14001 CERTIFICATION | |

During the month of
March the audit for the renewal of the ISO 14001 environmental
management program has been held at our factory in Ontón. After
several and thorough controls by the inspectors, Derivados del Flúor
passed the audit and has therefore been granted the renewal of the
mentioned certificate.
